  1. This article called Same Sex Marriage, Civil Unions and Domestic Partnerships is about homosexuals who want to get married. There are states such as Vermont, New Hampshire, Massachusetts, Connecticut and Iowa that allow the bond of two homosexuals to turn into a marriage. But there are some who oppose that. People feel that though marriage is about being happy and staying together, and being with the one you love, it would be incorrect to put to homosexuals into a bond of marriage.
Oppositions feel that it would be an act of second class citizenship if people vote in favor of gay marriages. People feel that “it would undermine the institution of marriage itself."
Homosexuals, I'm sure want to be able to marry to who they want is right for them. But then come the states and their legislations about making gay marriages legal or not.
This article at the end, mentions that gay couples have the same right as any other man or women has in this country. They should be able to do what they want. If marrying someone that is the same sex keeps them happy, then let it be. Let’s see how the Congress handles this issue.
This article, in plain and simple words, relates to class, in a very interesting way. It relates to us because this issue is speaking about your identity. If people classify themselves as gay, then that is their identity. But if their rights are forgotten, then gay couples might not identify them as what they might want to. It is about one's identity.
